Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Web3 x AI/DeFi

Role Overview

We seek an experienced CTO to lead our technological vision, drive growth in the web3 industry, and oversee product development, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a long-term technology strategy supporting business objectives.
  • Lead and manage engineering teams, fostering innovation.
  • Oversee development of web3 products, including DeFi, NFTs, and decentralized platforms.
  • Stay updated on blockchain trends (e.g., Ethereum, Solana) and integrate emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with executives to align technology with strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as CTO or senior technical leader in web3, blockchain, or fintech.
  • Deep knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, DeFi, and web3 principles.
  • Proficiency in Rust, Solana, Python, and familiarity with Ethereum/Solana ecosystems.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building teams.
  • Excellent communication for articulating technical concepts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: $160,000 – $240,000 USD
